MARS Horsecare UK Ltd is the home of SPILLERS®, WINERGY®, EQUIVITE® and the US based company BUCKEYE® Nutrition and is owned by MARS Incorporated
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established highly motivated team who are driven by success and achievement. This role will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to gain a good business understanding whilst further developing their commercial, interpersonal and process management skills.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, key responsibilities of this role will include proactive account management of all trade partners within the region, implementing the MARS horsecare sales strategy, driving NSV and distribution of our full portfolio of products by proactively promoting the SPILLERS®, WINERGY® and EQUIVITE® brands with key retail partners and their customers
A degree or higher diploma along with 2 years minimum successful sales record are considered essential for this role. A ‘can do’ attitude, linked with self motivation, customer focus and above all a real drive for results are also required. For the right candidate a training and development programme will be implemented.
